Job Description
? Well versed with markets of all sectors especially in building materials.
? To generate business by selling Building Materials (Interior / Exterior).
? To achieve their set Sales/collection targets.
? Willing to travel for 10-15 days in a month.
? To make 8-10 sales calls per day.
? Identify potential customers for development of our business.
? Meet Influencers like Architects, Builders, Interior Decorators, etc in the
market and promote our products to them for prescribing our products to their
clients.
? Should be able to organize and conduct Architects/Builders/Influencers meet.
? Conduct training programmes to Carpenters, tile layers, masons, painters and
other skilled/non skilled people from their respective industries.
? Should be Computer Savvy and be able make presentations to customers like
Architects/Project Segments and Corporate.
? Should be able to coordinate with the other department for smooth functioning
of sales and marketing activities.
? Should have good interpersonal skills, customer friendly and provide good
after sales service.
? Will report to the Business Head.
? Pleasing manners with a presentable look.
? Willing to be stationed at Nairobi in East Africa and relocated if required
anywhere in Africa.
