Executive Chef
Responsibilities
Report to the Food and beverage manager and the General ManagerAbility to manage staff, analyze recipes, menu engineering and controls to ensure maximum production at minimum production cost.Demonstrate high level of integrity and interpersonal skills.Prepares reports and brief the food and beverage manager.Can work under pressure and prepare meals of big number of members.A diploma from Kenya Utalii College or any other recognized institution (food Production)At least 5years working experience as a chef or sous chef in a three or four star catering outlet.Computer literate with basic knowledge of food and beverage controls and can prepare attractive and juicy menusPrevious experience in a private members club will be an added advantageInterested and qualified candidates can forward their resume to recruitment@workforceassociates.net on or before 10th June 2011 and should indicate their current and expected remuneration.
