Location: Mombasa

Our client, a leading tour company based in Mombasa seeks to recruit Tour Drivers/ Guides. We are specifically looking for persons with excellent knowledge of Mombasa and its environs.

The successful candidates must have;

Valid clean driving licence with over 5 years experience as a driver, three of which must be in the tour industry.
Tour Driver licence/ grading from either Kenya Wildlife or Kenya Tourism Board.
Excellent Geographical knowledge of the Streets, Hotels, Office Buildings / Office Parks, Tourist Attractions, Museums, Art Galleries and Theatres in Mombasa and surrounding areas i.e. Malindi, Watamu etc
Good grooming (clean shaven) / presentation and tidiness at all times
Excellent communication skills
Ability to interact with people from all walks of life
Must be based in Mombasa and/or surrounding areas

Job Description

Your day will include but not limited to;

Driving around the Mombasa, Malindi area and the airports
Picking up and dropping off tourists , dignitaries and VIP’s
Explaining the area and places of interest to clients
Customer service and resolving customer issues
