Responsibilities
Overseeing all personnel and administration matters in Food and beverage departmentAbility to manage staff, analyze recipes, menu engineering and controls to ensure maximum production at minimum production costDemonstrate high level of intergrity,managerial and interpersonal skillsAttend all food and beverage meetings and coordinate with the convener in chargePrepare food and beverage report and brief the general managerCan work under pressure and attend to members queriesAny other duties that may be assigned by the general managerA degree from any recognized universityDiploma from Kenya Utalii CollegeAt least 5 years working experience in the same positionFully computer literate and knowledge of food and beverage controlMinimum of four years experience at management level in hospitality industryPrevious experience in a private members club will be an added advantageInterested and qualified candidates can forward their resume to recruitment@workforceassociates.net on or before 10th June 2011 and should indicate their current and expected remuneration.
