Agricultural Development Corporation (ADC), a leading Parastatal in the agricultural sector with countrywide network wishes to fill the position of Legal Officer in her establishment.
Scope: Reporting to the Corporation Secretary, the Legal Officer will be responsible for providing professional legal advise to the Management on all legal issues.
Qualification and Personal attributes:
Bachelor of Law degree from a recognized University and an advocate of the High Court of Kenya.Should be a Certified Public SecretaryShould be Computer proficientMinimum of 5 years Legal practice in a reputable organization/Law firm.Responsible for all matters relating to conveyance and litigation of the CorporationDrafting of agreements, Contracts, Leases and maintaining records of such transactions.Responsible for instituting legal procedures for debt collectionVerifying all Contracts, agreements, leases in which the Corporation enters into to ensure complianceAny other related duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.Terms of Offer: Attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidates.
