Monitoring and Evaluation Team:

MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICERS

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), the M&E Officer will be responsible for monitoring and evaluation activities within the National Training Mechanism project and she/he will be the project’s focal point person for the compilation, tracking and reporting of data for reports to the funder and other stakeholders.

A masters degree in a relevant discipline (public health, social science, or a related field), at least -4 years working experience in the development field, preferably in the health and/or human resources management area, and demonstrated expertise in data analysis (quantitative & qualitative skills) are preferred.
