Pathfinder International is an international non-profit organization that is dedicated to supporting high-quality comprehensive and integrated health services in Kenya. We are seeking highly motivated, talented and hard working individual for the position of Grants Manager – Nairobi
In close coordination with the relevant finance, administration and program staff, and under the supervision of the Deputy Project Director, the Grants Manager is responsible for sub-grant oversight and management. The oversight includes coordination and review of designated subgrant proposals, processing of sub-grant agreements and subsequent modifications, monitoring and financial management of the sub-grant during the sub-award period, and closing of the subaward.
