KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Among other duties, he/she will be responsible for:
• Teaching at diploma and certificate level in the areas allocated by the Head of School and as reviewed from time to time
• preparing lecture notes
• evaluating the outcomes of individual learning through formal assessments or informal methods and constructive ensuring feedback is given
• ensuring the subject course outline is sufficiently covered
• participating in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The preferred candidate should:
• Have a Bsc. IT/Computer Science or Management Information Systems degree from a recognized university
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position.
• Be proficient in object oriented programming using C++.
• Have a strong knowledge of SQL Queries, Procedures with a good experience on MSSQL Server 2000,2005,2008
• Have expertise in designing reports using Crystal Reports 2008
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), good interpersonal skills and leadership qualities that foster team work and build lasting relationships.
• Be up to date with Current IT Trends
