·         They are looking for an experienced Oracle Apps Technical Developer with good knowledge and grounding in Oracle Apps Architecture 11i/R12, Security, AOL.

Good experience on Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports development, enhancement, bug fixingForms/OAF Customization & PersonalizationHands on with XML/BI  Reports developmentKnowledge of Oracle Work Flow, Approval ManagementGood understanding of MOAC architecture in R12Strong database and application design skillsAbility to understand the business requirement documents and create technical requirement specifications.Very Strong in PL/SQL development and bug fixingGood Communication Skills, ability to perform in customer facing rolesExposure to Release management, Change Management etc are an advantage.·         Knowledge on Oracle HRMS/Payroll , Finance and SCM modules.
