Reporting to the County Director of Education and Science
Facilitating and strengthening the development of e-learning strategies in youth polytechnicsFacilitating the promotion of innovative initiativesCoordinating strategic partnerships and collaborations with stakeholders on Youth Polytechnic TrainingOverseeing the development and management of Youth Polytechnics information systemFacilitating preparation and implementation of the department’s annual work plan and budgetary requirementsMonitoring and Evaluating various departmental programmes and projectsEnsuring implementation of a result-based managementBachelor’s degree in Technology Education from a recognized institutionMaster’s degree in Technology Education from a recognized institutionMust have served on Job Group N or its equivalentThorough understanding of provisions of the National Youth Training policies and have the ability to relate them to National Development goalsDemonstrate merit and ability as reflected in work performance and resultsSatisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of KenyaTerms of Service: Permanent & Pensionable
