The role would involve:
Accountable for executing mutually defined National Pricing Strategy and ensuring full compliance of all Distributors and Stockist to recommended Pricing Structure.
Ensuring that the companies Loyalty Program is properly executed, that includes Branding requirements, product offering, pricing execution, minimum storage obligations, available spaces for Technician and annual target setting and achievement
In charge managing & coaching the Western & North Rift sales team (Hiring, sub targets settings, disciplinary actions, in accordance with the Kenyan Labor market Laws)
Accountable for the Customer satisfaction through ensuring proper recommendation and timely resolution of any complaints of any nature
Supervision and auditing of the quality of all Demo plots Roadside, Stockist Interior, Barraza Interior and ATS Show Grounds.
Providing on going transparency over relevant business information, i.e.
Sales reporting, Resource ReportingCustomer Reporting (Distributor, Stockist, Farmer etc.)Demo Plot GPS location and Progress ReportingField days OutcomePromotion Farmer Tracking and Reporting (SPG Approach)Key Market Competitor activitiesKey Market Trends; Locate future and new business opportunities for the assigned areaResponsible to adhere to defined AR Policy and timely cheque collection, post-dated cheques for any over dues and specific payments Terms and Credit Limits
Accountable to secure the logistic set up, steering & coordination all necessary specifics logistics demands with the logistics department to ensure customer satisfaction and to achieve the defined sales goals
Requirements:
