About the Position

The Machine Assistant will be one of the founding members of our company’s new team.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to put their skills to work in a light manufacturing role.  

The person in this role will be responsible for operating our company’s fibre fill production line, with involvement in all parts of the production process.  They will also help prepare client orders as well as loading and unloading of goods.

Goals and Responsibilities

Run a Fibre Production Line

Unpack bales of fiber and load them into a fiber opening machineAccurately weigh and fill bags of fiber for retail and wholesaleAssist With Warehouse Goods ManagementLoad and unload goods from lorriesPrepare and pack client orders for shipmentAssist with other basic tasks around the warehouse, including cleaningQualifications, Experience and SkillsKCSE certificate holderA minimum of 2 years prior work experience in any relevant positionComfortable lifting and moving heavy objectsStrong professional references availableEager to join a young, quickly-growing organization and teamTo Apply
