Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

Salary: 200K – 250K +Commissions
Our client is a leading supplier of Office Furniture in Kenya offering furniture design and installation services.
They seek to hire an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the position of Corporate Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and motivate sales staff
- Manage the sales budgets of all sales staff and accurately report on sales activity and forecasts
- Assist with sales training
- Drive new business and manage existing client relationships
- Project management of all sales projects and initiatives
- Manage rate negotiation
- Deliver presentations at all levels
- Deal with day- to- day issues with regards to sales
- Address internal/external marketing and PR initiatives as required
Key Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5 years corporate sales experience
- Ability to manage a team
- A proven track record of closing sales and meeting sales targets
