Procurement Officer
 

Duties

• Coordinate procurement of goods and services 


• Issue guidelines on the interpretation and implementation of procurement laws and regulations


• Oversee the preparation of a consolidated annual procurement plan


• Ensuring compliance with Government procurement policies and regulations


• Carry out market survey, monitor and evaluate the performance of supply chain and market trends


• Supervising and training procurement and stores staff on procurement matters


• Coordinate the disposal of obsolete, unserviceable and surplus items


• Any other duties assigned by the Finance Officer or the Principal.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management by Kenya  National Examination Council (KNEC)


• Be conversant with the current public procurement Act


• Be computer literate


• 3 years experience preferably in a Busy Academic Institution

Electrical Technician
 

Duties

• Prepare workshop materials as directed by the Lecturer in Charge


• Ensure that the workshops are conducive for learning

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering by Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC)


• Ability to Communicate effectively in English and Kiswahili


• Craft Certificate in Electrical Installation will be an added advantage.
