Lions Club of Nakuru is an affiliate of the world’s largest voluntary service organization; the Lions Clubs International. 

We run a group of reputable schools within Nakuru town renowned for their high standards and exemplary performance. 

 

We seek to recruit competent and experienced staff for our British Curriculum wing to fill the following positions w.e.f September 2017.
 

1. Teacher for Accounting, with Business Studies / Economics- up to GCE A’ Level
 

2. Teacher for English up to GCE A’ Level, with Literature in English at KS 3 and 4
 

3. Lady Swimming Instructor
 

4. Librarian
 

5. Bookstore and Inventories Clerk

Applicants for the teaching positions should have:

• A minimum of a Bachelor of Education degree in the relevant subject/s


• A Teachers Service Commission registration certificate


• A thorough understanding of the subject content/requirements


• Experience in teaching within the British Curriculum


• An exemplary track record in performance, both in and out of the classroom

Applicants for positions 3,4 and 5 must have:

• The right skills for the job, backed up with the relevant qualifications


• Proven ability to create a friendly and highly motivating environment that brings out the best standards from the learners


• A natural love for learners; with whom he/she will be interacting on a regular basis


• An authentic Certificate of Good Conduct

Computer literacy is a requirement for all the positions.
