We are a leading player in Agribusiness in East African region. 

We supply and install a wide range of Agricultural equipment, Irrigation Systems and water solutions and Hospitality equipment. 

We are looking for a self-driven individual to fill the position below:

Regional Sales Manager - Agriculture

 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an effective and comprehensive sales strategy for products and services in the Agricultural business line


• Maintain existing and develop new business in all sectors


• Prepare the department’s annual budgets and lay the road map for achieving the same.


• Guide the team in planning and managing personal business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy.


• Guide the team in prospecting for sales leads, providing expert advice and developing suitable proposals

Qualifications and Experience:

• A university degree in Engineering disciplines like Water and Agricultural specialties


• Any further qualification in sales will be an added advantage


• Masters Degree in a business related field is a strong preference


• Knowledge of the dynamic s of consumer and business sectors across markets


• At least 8 years hands on experience in Sales & distribution management in the Agriculture sector, of which 5 years must have been in a sales managerial position with an excellent track record of results achievement.
