The Country Director for FH Kenya (FHK) serves as the chief representative in the country. The CD provides leadership to and manages all FH programs and staff in Kenya. Within the framework of the FH Heartbeat, the CD develops and is responsible for delivering on plans that contribute to the achievement of the Strategic Plan goals, summarized by the graduation of communities, moving people out of poverty, and increasing relief capacity.
This position will reside in Nairobi, Kenya.
Responsibilities
Key Result #1 – Program management and implementation oversight (20%).
Key Result #2 - Staff management and development (20%).
Key Result #3- Strategy and Resource Development (25%).
Key Result #4- Financial Management (15%).
Key Result #5- Security Management (10%).
Key Result #6- Representation (10%).
