Internal Auditor - Mombasa
 

Our client a leading FMCG Company in Kenya is currently seeking to hire an internal auditor to enhance and improve its operations to enhance the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
 

The successful candidate will be charged with the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan & Manage the audit cycle (risk management and control management, operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance )


• Determine compliance with policies and procedures.


• Report audit findings and document process


• Identify ambiguities and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings


• Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions


• Perform any other duties in line with audits

Minimum Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in commerce or equivalent


• CPA(K) or equivalent


• 3 Years internal Audit Experience in the FMCG Sector


• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases


• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills

Location: Mombasa
