Unit Leaders - General Insurance

Reporting to the Business Development Manager - Direct Sales Force Unit, the position holder will manage and grow a team of Direct Sales Force to achieve agreed targets.

Qualifications, competencies and Attributes

• Minimum Degree or Diploma in a Business related course


• At least one year sales experience


• Team player


• Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance or its equivalent(COP)


• Computer literate, analytical, confident and presentable


• A team player who believes in giving not taking


• Self-driven, and result - oriented with a strong passion for sales


• Excellent written and verbal communication

Direct Sales Force

Reporting to the Unit Leader, the position holder will source for high quality business and maintain a consistent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications, Competencies and Attributes

• Minimum C minus in KCSE


• Certificate, diploma or degree will be an added advantage


• Certificate of Proficiency (COP) or its equivalent


• Excellent in written and verbal communication


• Be self-driven and results-oriented with a passion for sales
