An international construction company is currently recruiting for an Operational Manager to assist the Technical Director

Profile of ideal candidate:

Academic Qualification:

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in one of the following disciplines; Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture or Building Economy, with an added certificate  in Construction Project Management


• Minimum 5 year experience in a similar position


• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Project Manager


• Good leadership skills


• Good Project Management skills


• Excellent sense of ethics and confidentiality


• Excellent organizational skills


• Stress resilient


• Dynamic and positive attitude


• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment


• Proactivity

Main accountabilities:

• Assist Technical Director in managing the relationship with clients: attend site meetings and produce reports, be person of contact for the client when necessary, handle official communication


• Follow up on all projects execution


• Assist Technical Director in overall project management
