Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive - Motorcycle

Location: Nairobi
Salary: 50k - 85k plus Commissions
Our client is in the Motorcycle assembly business with an established factory in Nairobi.
They are looking for a young energetic Corporate Sales Executive who will be responsible to drive sales into the Kenyan market.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration
- Personally contacts and secures new business accounts
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells company products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- A Degree in Sales or a related field
- Must possess sales skills such as assertiveness, persistence and social intelligence
- Corporate sales experience of 2 to 5 years
- Experience in riding motor cycles is preferred but not mandatory, successful candidate should be willing to be trained and acquire a motor bike driving license
- Must be a team player, but also able to work independently
- Flexible attitude towards working outside office hours and willing to assist in the organizing of events
