Our client, an organization working with Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSME) as solution providers for the challenges they face in entrepreneurship, are seeking to recruit a Sales and Marketing Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
- Fully Managing the Sales team from recruitment, training, monitoring, reporting and ensuring they meet set targets and that they work as a united team.
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly sales plans, set Targets.
- Cost and budgets preparations to ensure achievement of the set targets in sales.
- Active generating of new leads and Selling of company revenue generation programmes.
- Business Development of Big Ticket sales e.g. with Government, Parastatals, Corporates, Sacco’s etc.
- In charge of Sales and marketing capacity building internally for the sales team.
- Awareness representation in creating publicity for programmes
- Presentation of the weekly management report in regards state of sales for the group.
- Be part of the team leaders group ensuring proper representation of the sales team.
- Customer Care: Follow Ups, closing sales, Ensuring Implementation.
- Manage the sales force performance, reporting, Maintenance of business relations.
- Keep abreast with market’s needs, new opportunities that we can take advantage of in regard to growth and expansion.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Sales and Marketing or any other related discipline is required
- Should have a minimum experience of 5 years.
- Should have a proven track record and experience in leading a sales team
- Creative and innovative and always ready to try new ideas
