Operations Manager, Financial Controller and IT Network Engineer Jobs at AIC CURE International Hospital Kijabe

CURE International and AIC CURE International Hospital Kijabe are looking for qualified candidates to till the following positions: Operations Manager, Financial Controller and IT Network Engineer.
 

1. Position: Operations Manager
 

Purpose: To oversee overall management of the day-to-day (routine) general services, human resource functions and operational functions of the hospital.
 

Education / Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.


• Masters in Business administration is a plus


• Minimum of Five (5) years progressively responsible administrative management experience. 


• Previous supervisory experience required.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

2. Position: Financial Controller
 

Purpose: To ensure sound financial management and internal control systems of the Organization as well as build capacities of subordinate finance department team members.
 

Education / Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce or Finance, or equivalent experience.


• Professional qualification — CPA(K)


• Member in good standing of the institute of Certified Public Accounting of Kenya (ICPAK)


• Masters in Business Administration is a plus.


• Minimum of three (3) years of accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare setting.


• Minimum of three (3) years of experience supervising others.

3. Position: IT Network Engineer
 

Purpose: To focus on the standards, health, monitoring, and management of the information technology infrastructure in CURE hospitals and offices including but is not limited to the wireless and wired networks in CURE facilities, supporting ISP relationship management, equipment purchasing, and remote system administration.

Education / Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or Information Science or an equivalent amount of related experience


• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Network Engineer


• Experience in international travel and networking in low-resource environments


• Proficiency with PHP, SQL, JavaScript, MySQL, WordPress, Google Apps
