Position: Commercial Manager - Chinese language is a must
 

Reporting: To the Commercial Director
 

The Role: To oversee company needs, handle daily business issues, manage company associates, recognize and tap business opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the commercial director in the growth of the company


• Resolving contractual and commercial problems 


• Working with departmental managers 


• Discovering and proposing practices in areas that need to be regularized


• Offering business direction and instruction


• Reviewing, scrutinizing, and developing operational process flows 


• Ensuring that the financial aspects and impact of contracts are clear to all parties


• Ability to make Risk Assessments


• Ensuring that administration, operations and finance departments understand and adhere to contractual obligations and reflect them accurately


• Managing the daily operations of the company


• Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators, Target Customers and Business Growth Strategies

Skills:

• Superior management and organizational skills


• Expert negotiating skills


• More than 5 years prior industry experience


• Comprehensive knowledge about the industry


• Efficient presentation and communication skills


• Focus and thoroughness in conducting all business matter

• The capacity to adequately handle work stress

Qualifications and requirements:

• Must have a first degree in financial, marketing or business related field 


• A master’s degree would be preferred 


• Proven track record of growing business in a commercial set up


• Must have excellent computer skills
