Field Sales Representative Job, Current Sales & Marketing Jobs Kenya,


Our client in the food industry currently looking to hire 2 Field Sales Representative in their Sales and Marketing department.


Responsibilities



  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.

  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

  • Maintaining client records.

  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned Sales per day in assigned area directly (personally) and indirectly through Trade Developers, Merchandisers, Direct Sales Teams and other assigned resources.


Qualifications



  • Diploma/ Degree in business, sales & marketing or its equivalent.

  • Experience in sales and understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

  • A commitment to excellent customer service.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.

  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Previous experience in FMCG will be an advantage.
