About Job

Our client, a management consulting firm is looking for a savvy digital marketer to join their team.

You will handle the firm’s digital marketing work on various online platforms.

If you know how to creatively market products and services on various online marketing platforms such as websites, social media, search engines, and blogs using creative content, this position is for you.

Responsibilities

1. Undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target customers


2. Advise on and prepare the firm’s marketing strategy and plan


3. Design various fit-for-purpose marketing documents and other tools as required


4. Design and develop the firm’s website and perform search engine optimization


5. Create and maintain a powerful social media presence on all major platforms


6. Come up with and publish creative digital content e.g., blogs, social media posts, videos, etc.


7. Design and operationalize digital media campaigns aligned with business goals and devise strategies to maximize online traffic


8. Make use of creative inbound marketing strategies to generate a pipeline of quality leads


9. Research on and develop accurate buyer personas


10. Prepare effective marketing proposals and presentations that yield new business


11. Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns and generate relevant reports and recommendations


12. Champion and support the development of robust market-aligned new products/services


13. Ensure effective management of relationships with the firm’s clients


14. Champion building and maintenance of a strong brand


15. Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and innovations relating to marketing.

Requirements

1. Business related degree from a recognized university [second class upper or better]


2. Relevant digital marketing certifications


3. At least three years of continuous experience in digital marketing


4. Excellent graphic design, social media and search engine optimization skills, and solid experience


5. Proven web design and development skills especially using WordPress


6. In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and web analytics


7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities


8. An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines


9. Strong verbal and written communication skills


10. Good copywriting skills.
