About Job

Influx seeks to hire an experienced executive to lead our Human Resources team in Kenya. This is a remote position (you will be working from home), reporting to our HR Director. You will be leading Junior HR Specialist and Recruiters; together you will be recruiting and developing employees all over the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee life cycle processes from attraction and acquisition of talents to onboarding, capability and career development through to exit and separation


• Contribute to a high-standard performance management systems that provide employees with clear structures and pathways, aligned with compensation


• Making sure recruitment happens at high standards


• Participate in decision-making as a member of the leadership team

What We’re Looking for

• Three years of experience managing a team


• Experience making high-quality decisions involving people and organisational structures


• Ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organisation


• Proactive personality with positive influence to the people


• Familiarity with the service industry


• Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English
