Corporate Branding

1.1 Consultants are invited to submit a Technical and Financial Proposal (accompanied by three (3) sample designs of Logo and tagline samples) for consulting services required for the conceptualization, design and production of a corporate identity package for Hay N Forage Limited Liability Partnership (HNF). The proposal will be the basis for contract negotiations and ultimately for a signed special services agreement with HNF.
1.2 The assignment shall be implemented in accordance with the scope outlined in the Terms of Reference (ToR). Please note that: (i) the costs of preparing the proposal and of negotiating the contract are not reimbursable as a direct cost of the assignment; and (ii) HNF is not bound to accept any of the proposals submitted.
2. Preparation of Technical and Financial Proposal
2.1 Consultants are requested to submit one proposals using Standard English – a Technical and Financial Proposal.
2.2 While preparing the Technical and Financial Proposal (accompanied by Three (3) sample designs of Logo and tagline samples), consultants must give particular attention to that fact that if a consultant/firm considers that it does not have all the expertise for the assignment, it may obtain a full range of expertise by associating with individual consultant(s) and/or other firms or entities in a joint venture or sub-consultancy, as appropriate. However, such an arrangement must be explicitly indicated in the bid.
2.3 The Technical section shall provide the following information:
i. Consultant’s profile including list of previous work undertaken;
ii. A brief description of the consultant’s recent experience on comparable assignments;
iii. Three (3) sample designs of Logo and tagline samples;
iv. Any comments or suggestions on the ToR;
v. A detailed description of services and work plan for performing the assignment;
vi. Recent CVs of consultant(s);
vii. A detailed description of the proposed methodology.
viii. Material deficiencies in providing the information requested may result in rejection of a proposal.
3.1 The completed Technical and Financial Proposal must be delivered to:
