* University degree holder in HR Management or equivalent
* 3 + years working experience
* 30 years and above
* Experience in training and development an advantage
* Performance management and procurement knowledge a must
* Experience in CBA negotiations an added advantage
* Administrative skills will be required
* Computer literate excellent oral/written communication skills
* Knowledge of staff attendance records/reporting required
* State current and expected salary
Functions to Perform
* Support in developing HR policies, procedures for employment, recruitment and compensation
* Provide leadership to ensure HR programs are successfully delivered
* Discipline, staff development
* Perform quarterly/annual performance appraisals of staff
* Provide ongoing payroll and information systems
* Design, implement and maintain an approved employment plan
* Staff motivation
* Provide and implement training programs to fit needs of existing staff
* Any other administrative duties as may be delegated.
