Unit Supervisor – 6 Positions ( Mombasa & Nairobi)
Our client in the insurance industry is looking to fill the position of a Unit Supervisor who will report to the Unit Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for driving the sales volumes of the organization through the sales force team. Assist the Unit manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the organizations’ overall objectives Assist in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans. Assist in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.Assist the Unit manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers. Supervise the sales force and provide directions to help meet the set goals and objectives.Assist the Unit manager complete all assigned duties Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Unit managerAssist with sales force questions, concerns and product questions. Make sure all sales force employees adhere to company policies and procedures • Deliver positive feedback, employee rewards and customer recognitions to sales representatives and sales force team.Communicate all employee relations issues, concerns, and incidents to Unit managerReport and distribute management information highlighting areas for improvement and those of concern and opportunityMinimum qualifications, skills and competencies
Degree or diploma in a business related fieldCertificate of proficiencyGood IT skills At least 2 years progressive experience in sales managementGood interpersonal and organizational skills Strong presentation skillsAbility to work under minimum supervision How to apply:
