Job Description Should be well versed with the tax regimes in all the countries where company is doing business Should be well versed of the exchange regulations and plan accordingly; He/she should be able to network and create value to Company in the process. The person should be able to engage with internal and external stakeholders. Know the sourcing markets for commodities and what financial instruments to use to purchase those commodities. Should know how long to hold on to commodities in storage without draining on the company's cash flows. Should be able to invest competently the company's extra cash in secure instruments. Should be able to do or arrange partnerships with key players to drive the business forward. Should have an eye for good talent for recruitment. Should create value out of the company's assets. Should structure borrowings in such a way as to create value out of the company's balance sheet. Should have a very good understanding of banking and emerging trends. Should know the land policies in all the countries where company is doing business Should be able to make projects from which company can get financing
