Local Experts for Devolution and Local Governance Program in Kenya
Deloitte is seeking candidates for an upcoming U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) funded devolution and local governance project in Kenya.
The project will build the capacity of local governments, improve service delivery at the local level, establish communication and coordination mechanisms between the central government and county governments and strengthen the role of civil society as a partner iii governance at the local level.
Deloitte is seeking experts in the following areas:Legislative Reform,Fiscal Decentralization,Public Financial Management,Strategic Communications,Civil Society Strengthening.Monitoring and Evaluation,Municipal Administration,Grants Management,Organizational Development,Human and Institution Capacity Development,National and Subnational Policy, andGender and Youth AdvocacyCandidates must have a minimum 5 years of relevant experience, and advanced degree in a relevant area, and be fluent in English: Kenyan nationality is preferred.
