Brand Manager
SC Johnson Kenya Limited is a subsidiary of SC Johnson & Son group of companies, a global manufacturer and marketer of high-quality brand-name products for consumers throughout the world.
The company markets and distributes Kiwi, Pledge, Mr. Muscle, Windex, Glade, Raid, Baygon and Ridsect branded products in Kenya.

The successful candidate will report to the Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities for this role include: -
Strategic Development
Review analysis of information and recommended opportunities; makes local business strategy proposal to Marketing ManagerNew Product Development Help in launching new brands into the market to exploit any identified opportunities.Review the brand packaging, image and competitiveness to assess any areas of possible improvement whilst seeking to establish and infringement of royalty.Current Business Development
Monitor trends in the market that are indicators for the need of new products, price changes, promotional need or advertising or other long term branding strategy.Build relationships with other functions for effective implementation of plans Brand Equity ManagementProtect and build brand equities by ensuring that all brand activity, from innovation through to communication, is aligned with the brand positioning, values and characterBusiness Planning
Develop financially sound business plans to achieve stated guidelines.The applicant must have the following minimum qualifications:-
Experience and Qualifications
Graduate with a degree in Marketing or Business Management with at least 3 years’ experience in the fieldMarketing experience in a FMCG environmentExperience in the use and analysis of both qualitative and quantitative consumer research.Previous sales experience and international experience an advantage.Previous coaching and management experience an advantage.If you meet the above criteria, please send your application and curriculum vitae to the undersigned:
