Enterprise Account Manager, Team Coordinator, and Sales Accounts Manager Jobs in Kenya


Our client in the ICT industry is looking for a  qualified individual to fill the above competitive  position.
The Enterprise Account Manager’s (EAM) primary responsibility is to create and to develop strong ongoing business relationships with our enterprise account client’s senior managers, technical supervisors, engineers and technicians. The goal is to maintain the company's existing relationship with a client or group of clients, so that they will continue using the company for business. Account managers are responsible for working with clients to identify their needs and work out how the company can best meet those requirements, in order that the client does not decide to place business elsewhere. The EAM also tries to identify potential new clients and business opportunities and to persuade new customers to place business with the company.

Major Areas of Responsibility

Manage all aspects of Microsoft Enterprise Agreements including, logging calls, running clients through Agreement Details, and ensuring that the client is engaged based on T-36 Model.Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity. Plan and manage personal business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy. Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims. Maintain and develop existing and new enterprise accounts/customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction. Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems. Update all relevant quotes and sales for Microsoft products and solutions on the PSX.Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information. Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements. Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships. Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills. Requires a Diploma/ degree in Business, Computer Science or related field.A minimum of 2 years of sales experience -Industry experience in providing solutions/product sales to Corporates is highly desired. The main duty of the E-Team Coordinator is respond to client queries in the absence of the E-Team Lead and EAMs respond to RFQ, RFP and Tenders and coordinate the Calendars of the E-Team to ensure it matches the requirements of the T-36 Model. The E-Team Coordinator should assist the E-team Lead in the administration of the PSX.Manage all aspects of Microsoft Enterprise Agreements including, logging calls, running clients through Agreement Details, and ensuring other Members of the Enterprise Team engage with clients based on T-36 Model.Create and Nurture “high level” relationships with Clients that will result into getting and closing deals.Manage on Administrative Capacity Assigned Enterprise Team Clients on all Sectors and Vendors.Utilizing Resources (internal, Vendor and Other) to educate clients on their existing technologies and future technologies. You have to make sure the Technical Team is doing things as promised.Create Interest for CRA solution Lines and set up meetings with Technical Solution Specialists (DSA) or Vendors to push the Solutions within client Sites.Understand Licensing, Solution Selling Options and more.Communicate with Clients using tips from Communication Plan.Respond to and do all necessary ground work towards winning Tenders/RFP/RFQsPlay roles assigned to him/her towards the successful execution of E-Team Mandate in CRA.Perform any other Duties assigned by E-Team Lead.Generate and provide customer quotes for complex or custom solutions in collaboration with Technical Solution Specialists, Vendors, E-Team Lead and/or any other resource.Help towards Establishing strategies that will result in increased sales on CRA Solutions (both existing and new clients)Conduct face-to-face calls to accounts as necessary.Analyze technology needs of the customer and pass on to the Enterprise Team for auctioning.Penetrate customer accounts at the Technical manager, Department Heads and Director levelsDevelop and present programs, solutions, and promotions related to the CRA product line.Provide guidance/training to other EAM team members in Licensing selling and supporting Solutions under your mandate.Engage other CRA Team Members with new knowledge to support the continuing development of the Company’s value proposition.Provide clients with guidance and support during and after a contract process.Respond to sensitive customer issues immediately and diligently. Experience providing solutions/product sales to corporate is essential.
