Key Responsibilities
Management of the animal health – Preventive and curative programOversee the management of animal feeding program.Daily labour planning, allocation, and monitoring.Carrying out animal improvement research and advising the company on the same.Developing and implementing fisheries projects.Giving out a monthly report to the management on the livestock performance.Keeping farm records including the following: Calving records, Breeding records, Health record, Productivity records, Sales records, Staff attendance recordsDesired Competences/QualificationsCertificate/ Diploma in animal Husbandry from a recognized institution.Have knowledge in Veterinary and AI services.Minimum 3 years experience in animal rearing job.Must be able to work with minimum supervision.Good team playerGood reporting skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skillsGood record keeping/ Analytical skillsDriving licenceIf you fulfill the above requirements, send your letter of application, copies of certificates and testimonials together with a daytime telephone contact to reach the undersigned on or before 9th May 2013.Human Resources & Admin Coordinator

Reporting to the Finance Manager and working in a team environment the position plays a key role in ensuring that the department effectively carries out its financial functions and objectives including internal control.Preparing monthly bank reconciliations.Maintaining and updating Cash Books.Posting of supplier invoices.Accounts payable reconciliations.Preparing monthly VAT returns.Filing of accounting documents.Participate and carrying out stock taking on regular basis and reconciling physical stocks and records.Undertake any other function as may be assigned from time to time.Desired Competences/QualificationsMinimum CPA 2At least 1year experience in a busy finance departmentProficiency in use of Microsoft applications especially ExcelProven knowledge in use of a good accounting software although experience with the use of Sage Pastel will be a good advantageStrong knowledge in IT skills would also be desired.Self driven, analytical, result oriented with good organizational skills.Good team playerGood reporting skillsMust be able to work with minimum supervision.Willing to reside in a rural setup.If you fulfill the above requirements, send your letter of application, copies of certificates and testimonials together with a daytime telephone contact to reach the undersigned on or before 10th May 2013.
