The main deliverable will include growing the business and the people.
The position leads and manages the operational functioning of the corporate department.They should be able to manage 1) Corporate Sales 2) Retail Sales 3) Channel Sales and focus on the Health BusinessAchieve set targets in alignment to the business strategy.Business DevelopmentGenerate new business and maintain existing portfolio, new business to include: SME’s, Retail/Channel, the Mining Industry and the Government.Manage and lead the corporate division team and develop and implement a commission structureManage corporate division agentsManage relations with clients and service providersSet targets in alignment to the Channel strategy and also manage P&LChannel operations managementManage payment and collection of premiumsManage administration of channels claims.Account ManagementDeveloping & supporting partnersIncrease in customer baseMeeting or exceeding set targets.A motivated and high performing sales teamGood relations with the service providersDegree in Sales and Marketing/ Business related degree3 years Experience in handling corporate accountsQualification and experience in InsuranceVery good communicator and with excellent interpersonal skillsApproachableGood negotiation skillsIf you believe you qualify for this position, please send your CV and details of your current and expected remuneration to: resume@interviewupconsulting.com
