Business Development Executive – Nairobi
Roles & Responsibilities
- Nurture and build supportive client relationships on client accounts.
- Consistently provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Representing the client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality.
- Managing targeted accounts and presenting a broad portfolio of business products and services and show how you can enrich the customer experience and increase spend.
- Building relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
- Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client.
- Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverable and revenue.
- Planning and writing proposals, and leading ongoing project presentations to clients.
- Responsible for the success and satisfaction of the individual client relationships.
- Grows the client relationship in terms of revenue generated and account profitability.
- Develops position as confidante with senior managers within client organization, by providing regular two-way communication between the client and company, to provide strong company representation and set proper client expectations.
Key Specification:
- Degree in Business related field sales & marketing option
- 3 years Experience in Edible oils and Fats industry
- Must have good business acumen
Trade Representative
Nairobi, Central & Western
Responsibilities
- Opening of new accounts, maintaining, and increasing sales volume of current accounts
- Meet and exceed all sales quotas provided by upper sales management
- Participate in conferences and local meetings to generate sales leads
- Increase awareness of company services
- Maintain all prospects and current client information in sales
Requirements
- Diploma in Business related field sales & marketing option
- 3 years Experience in Edible oils and Fats industry
- Must have good business acumen
