through MIS, is in need of Front Office Administrator.  

The office administrator ensures smooth office operations by managing office logistics, phone calls and guest relations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive and make calls for the company


• Schedule and follow through on office errands as per business needs


• Inform security of expected visitors


• Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness


• Key Performance Indicators


• Efficiently managed office logistics


• High satisfaction from staff on office support given

Qualifications

• At least a diploma in Administration


• Competence in information technology


• Experience in front office management

Disposition

• Well mannered person with very good communication and interpersonal skills


• Approachable and presentable with a profesional appearance


• Ability to pay attention to detail and to multitask


• Ability to work under pressure, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of the Executive


• Patience and understanding


• Ability to remain calm under stressful situations
