Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Corporate Taxi Services)
Our client a player in the taxi industry is seeking aggressive to fill in the position of a sales and marketing executive for their institutional market. 

The position has not previously existed as most of the work was being done by the founder.

Responsibilities:

Overall responsibilities:

• Generate sales revenues for the business.

 

Specific Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed the various performance and results sales targets ;


• Generate high quality sales opportunities/prospects for the business;


• Schedule sales meetings with clients and make persuasive presentations to them;


• Follow-up on qualified prospects till closure ;


• Manage and grow business from existing customers as presented.

Qualifications:
 

The ideal candidate for this position needs the following qualifications:
 

Education and Experience

• Diploma in sales and marketing or related course;


• 1-3 years’ experience in a performance oriented business environment.

Personality and other skills

• Highly motivated and ambitious  individual with a strong sense of personal responsibility;


• Good self-image, confident and outgoing nature;


• Likable personality with good interpersonal skills.

Remuneration: The position pays a basic retainer of Ksh 30,000 and a generous commission structure.
