Designation: Client Relationship Officer
Contract type: Short-term - 6 months with the possibility of extension
Vacancies: One (1)
Client Relationship Officers (CROs) are responsible for ensuring that clients are not only retained but that relationships are developed to a point where the clients increase the amount of business they offer the organization – either directly or through referrals.
Experience and Qualifications
- 2 years proven work experience in client relationship management
- A bachelor degree in a business related area (as a minimum)
- Additional certifications are preferred but not mandatory

- Ability to be self-motivated, innovative in your approach to work and able to work with minimal supervision

Position II
Designation: Sales Executive
Contract type: Permanent Position (3 month probationary period)
Vacancies: Two (2)
The sales team is responsible for acquiring new business either through a lead by the business development team or by generating leads individual leads.
Experience and Qualifications
- 2 years in sales either direct sales or telesales
- A bachelor degree in a business related area
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent selling and presentation skills
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to persistently follow up
- Ability to build positive working relationships with clients
- An aggressive sales person that can work with targets
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales plans
- An aggressive sales person that can work with targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team
- Self-starter requiring little supervision
- Excellent MS Office suite skills
Position III
Designation: Marketing Officer
Contract type: Permanent Position (3 month probationary period)
Vacancies: One (1)
The marketing team is responsible for ensuring brand visibility and awareness.
Experience and Qualifications
- 2 years in sales and marketing
- Experience in design and artwork (preferred but not mandatory)
- A bachelor degree in a business related area
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent selling skills
- Ability to persistently follow up
- Excellent presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales plans
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to build positive working relationships with clients

Position IV
Designation: Business Development Officer
Contract type: Permanent Position (3 month probationary period)
Vacancies: One (1)
Business Development is responsible for developing partnership opportunities with key institutions and customers.
The bearer of this role is required to have the following skills and experiences;
Experience and Qualifications
- 2 years in business development, sales or customer relations
- A bachelor degree in a business related area
- Preferred (though not mandatory) qualifications
- Master’s degree in a business related area
- Membership to a relevant professional body
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to network easily
- Creative ‘out of the box’ approach to tasks
- Proposal and management report writing skills
- Industry research to determine trendsetters and to analyze market strategies
- Networking, presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Market knowledge and territory management
- Excellent MS Office suite skills
