The Kiambere-Mwingi Water & Sanitation Company Ltd invites job applications for the following vacancies:
 

Technical Manager
 

Responsible for overall management of the company’s technical functions including;

• Design of water and sanitation systems


• Supervision of construction of water & sanitation infrastructure


• Maintenance of water & sanitation infrastructure


• Preparation of project proposals for implementation


• Management of department personnel

 

Required qualifications;

• Bachelor Degree or Higher National Diploma in water engineering or equivalent


• 5 years hands on work experience in relevant field


• 40 years old and below


• Self driven and results oriented


• Able to work effectively with staff and all stakeholders

Procurement Officer
 

Responsible for overall management of the company’s procurement & administrative functions including;

• Preparation of procurement strategy, plans & budgets in line with the provisions of the Public Procurement & Asset Disposal Act, 2015


• Management of procurement & related administrative functions


• Maintenance of the company’s inventory


• Management of department personnel

Required qualifications;

• Bachelor of commerce degree (procurement option) or equivalent


• Sufficient knowledge of Public Procurement & Asset Disposal Act 2015


• 3 years hands on work experience in relevant field


• 40 years old and below


• Self driven and results oriented


• Able to work effectively with staff and all stakeholders


• A qualification in accounts or HR management will have added advantage.
