Duties and Responsibilities
- Chatting with clients online and responding to enquiries
- Explaining the services to the customers
- Marketing the company on social media platforms
- Sharing adverts on social media
- Telemarketing and email marketing
- Development of brand awareness and online reputation
- Monitoring social media for company mentions and engaging
with customers where relevant - Business to Business marketing strategies
- Using social media platforms on a daily basis to promote the
company services - Leading in company’s marketing events and promotions
- Reception and Admin work like receiving visitors explaining
the services, printing, photocopying, scanning documents, filing and
general office management.
Key Requirements and Skills
- A bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Marketing/ Communication/
Media/ PR or Information Technology - Previous social media marketing experience at least 2 years
- Experience in office admin work
- Social media etiquette
- Analytical and proactive approach to online marketing
- Very creative with excellent communication skills
- Telemarketing and E-mail marketing skills
- Up to date with different social media marketing platforms
e.g FB, Twitter, IG, Tiktok , LinkedIn etc. - Self-disciplined with good customer service skills
- Good attitude and self-motivated
- Presentable and passionate about your work
