Vacancy-Stock Controller and Bookkeeping Assistant

Controller and Bookkeeping Assistant. We are seeking a detail-oriented
individual to ensure efficient stock management and support our finance
department.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manage inventory levels, including flowers, gift items, and
   packaging materials.


2. Track incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring timely
   delivery.


3. Conduct stock audits and reconcile data for accurate
   inventory management.


4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records from all
   branches.


5. Receive and process customer orders, coordinating with the
   sales team.


6. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and
   expense tracking.


7. Keep track and record of client payments through all payment
   platforms.


8. Maintain financial records and support in preparing financial
   reports.


9. Collaborate with the Team Lead for smooth operations and
   effective communication.


10. Any other duty as assigned by the management consistent with
    the role.

Required Specifications

1. At least a CPA 3 and a diploma in a relevant field of
   accounting 


2. Experience in stock control, inventory management, or similar
   roles.


3. Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.


4. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft
   Office suite.


5. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to
   detail.


6. Effective communication skills and ability to work both
   independently and in a team.
