Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Analyzing the market, including competitors and consumersExecuting marketing strategies and campaignsMonitoring and arranging the distribution of promotional materialsMonitoring and coordinating the production of promotional materialsOverseeing and implementing product distributionAttending and organizing sales promotional events and exhibitionsCoordinating with and reporting to managers to carry out campaignsActing as liaisons between the media, suppliers, and clientsCreate marketing plans geared toward end users for each key product within portfolio, in line with strategy and targets and within budget.Work with the business innovations department to develop new ideas for reaching end user markets using the latest in electronic technologies.Communicate to rest of marketing team about new innovations and how they can be used to leverage marketing efforts.Preparation & delivery of marketing plan within key objective.Events planning, organization and execution.Brand image of the business.Market research and competitor analysis.Maintains up to date with professional sector news.Supporting the development of the website.Focus on both business growth and client retention.Use email, adwords and other electronic marketing techniques to inform customers of new products and generate sales.Create and implement marketing communications for books from pre-publication to post-publication.Liaise with Events Coordinator to maximize visibility at conferences, including compiling a list of products and literature to display/demo, producing delegate inserts, etc.Where appropriate, attend key conferences to manage booth, do customer interviews and focus groups.Keep website up to date as necessary using the internal web administration tools.Where possible, cross market and raise the profile of the other products and services, including scientific consultancies and mycological services.Perform market research to assess viability of potential new products and to measure success of recent campaigns.Develop business strategies and achieve performance targets.Generate leads for products and services.Attend to customers’ queries and provide appropriate solutions.Develop strategies and deliver excellent sales and after-sales services to maximize sales, customer satisfaction and retention.Excellent verbal communicationExcellent written communicationAbility to think outside the box and be creativeEffective organizational skillsAbility to plan and formulate strategiesAbility to implement strategies by using or adapting tacticsAbility to adjust to and work with teamsIf you meet the above criteria, please send your application letter and detailed CV and certificates to
