Finance/Accounts Manager

Reporting to the director and responsible for preparation of accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures are maintained.

Job Profile

Establish and monitor implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures.Ensure accurate financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with tax and other statutory deadlines.Accounting degree or equivalent and professional accountancy certificate (CPA).Extensive experience in business accounting, financial management and provision of financial advice for at least 4 years.Knowledge and experience in computerised accounting.Ability to discharge multi-task assignments with minimal supervision, result driven and a team player.Must be 35 years of age or below.Technical Sales Representative - Agriculture (2)

These are field based positions in assigned sales areas.

Job Profile

Identify, recruit, maintain and serve potential horticultural growers.Design and implement an appropriate marketing and sales strategy of company products among the growers.A degree in horticulture or related course from a recognized university.Minimum 3 years work experience in a production/crop protection position in a flower farm or technical sales position in horticultural sector.Valid driving licence.Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, high self-motivation and drive to achieve results with minimal supervision.Must be 33 years of age or below.Attractive salary offered.
