Dynamic People Consulting is recruiting a Business Development Manager for one of its clients in the Manufacturing industry.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the following:
Develop and maintain export market business as pre-agreed targets and volumes in order to optimize the envisaged market share;Recruit and develop local dealers, stockists, merchandisers, Trade and Commission respectives to grown and enhance the export market business;Initiate and develop business procedures to ensure smooth operations;Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance in regulatory and statutory requirements;Prepare and submit business reports at required intervals;Identify opportunities for growth and device innovation systems and tactics to improve the market;Monitor, evaluate and implement brand marketing plans.The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
Graduate in either Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) or Bachelors in Business Administration/BA Economics;Should have experience of at least 3 – 5 years in FMGC and experience in Trade/Export business;Must be willing to travel extensively and be prepared to stay out of Kenya for long periods of time;Should be fluent in French/Lingala.If you believe you qualify for this position, please send your CV and details of your current and expected remuneration to recruitment@dpckenya.com
