Introduction: This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR student/graduate to get involved in the recruitment lifecycle with the KISCOL HR team. 

The successful candidate will be required to assist the Human Resources team in recruitment activities including shortlisting / reviewing candidates CV and ensuring excellent candidate experience for our Factory in Kwale. 
Support the CV and Application review and candidate shortlist process;Liaising with HR Coordinator  in relation to the assessment centre activitiesEnsure all administration for the recruitment team is completed on a timely, accurate and current basisExceptional organisation skills Attention to detail and a quality-driven approach, consistently aiming for high standards.Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work well in a team environmentExcellent communication skills.The ability to cope under pressure in a fast paced environmentA flexible and professional manner.We need young, dynamic individuals in their final year in university or fresh graduates, preferably with a background in human resources.
