Responsibilities Include:
Provision of technical assistance for customer issues brought to M-KOPA’s customer care team. Reporting and management of operational and device based issues.Testing of products to replicate issues reported by customers.Bachelor’s degree /relevant credentials in technology, science, engineering, or electronics.
