Job Title: Business Support Executive
Reporting To: Group Managing Director
Division / Department: Executive
Job Purpose: The incumbent will provide Executive support for the Group Managing Director through effective reports preparation and analysis
Job Responsibilities
- Ongoing research on market trends and impact of the same on the organization
- Preparation and analysis of reports emanating from the business units performance
- In-depth analysis of finance data to support executive decision making
- Liaison between Group Managing Director and his direct reports on various matters including follow up on reports and action plans agreed with the GMD.
- Play a key role on the preparation of presentation for key meetings
- Liaison between Group Managing Director and Strategy team in preparation and monitoring of Strategy implementation
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance, or Business related field
- Highly analytical
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar environment
Personal Skills and Attributes:
- Ability to influence at senior leadership level
- Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
- A consistently very good performer
- Ability to analyze financial reports
- Research on current financial and economic trends
- Prepare presentations and reports
- Ability to work under pressure and in extremely busy environment
