Sales Executives Jobs for a Small Graphic Design and Print Outfit

Job Description

A small graphic design and print outfit is looking to recruit two Sales Executives with 2+ years of sales experience in selling the service. 

They should be ready to work on commission basis. 

They will be required to meet the set targets within agreed upon timelines using professional and effective sales skills.

They will also attend to other responsibilities as follows:

Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers.

Provide prospective customers with price quotations and ensure there is a full understanding of the parameters regarding our services.

Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, direct mail, email, networking etc.

Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.

Research trends and developments of the industry through the use of related publications, internet and training sessions to maintain and grow current knowledge base.

Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Receive and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner.

Understand and support sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers.

Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities

Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
